These are the terms and conditions applying to all sales and are the basis on which all orders to Dudley-Jones Fine Wine are accepted. They will apply to all sales unless varied in writing by Dudley-Jones Fine Wine to all future transactions.

Prices:
All wines prices are quoted in Sterling (£) VAT (DP) & sometimes duty also (IB). DP = Duty Paid, IB = In Bond. All prices are provisional and are subject to our final written confirmation upon order. Delivery is excluded from the price unless otherwise agreed.

Payment:
All payments are due in full upon invoice by cheque or bank transfer. Approved credit accounts are due to be paid 30 days upon invoice date although we reserve the right to charge 5% interest per calendar month on invoices not paid within the 30 days. All further deliveries will be suspended until the account is paid in full. We accept payments by cheque & bank transfer including international wire.

Title:
Title to all wines purchased shall remain the property of Dudley-Jones Fine Wine until payment has been paid in full.

Delivery:
All deliveries including bonded transfer are charged at cost excluding VAT. Collections too may be made free of charge from our account at EHD bond or Dudley-Jones Fine Wine by prior arrangement.

Description:
We purchase all wines in good faith which exactly meet our quality criteria with respect to age and provenance. However, we are unable to accept responsibility for expected quality in the bottle as perceived by you the customer.

Orders:
All verbal orders shall form a contract conditional upon our written confirmation.

Export:
All export orders are to be paid in full within 30 days upon invoice. Payment in full must be received before goods will be released for onward shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment for any International Government charges will be passed onto the customer in full and in no way are the responsibility of Dudley-Jones Fine Wine.

Law:
Our contracts are made under English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts of law. We are not liable for any failure to meet our obligations due to occasional circumstances beyond Dudley-Jones Fine Wine's control.
